Yes, opened thursday at noon. I'll be driving over to Yakima via Chinook this afternoon and I hope its not snowing. Here is a weather link for up to date stats.. I assume it to be accurate.

Drove over Chinook today at 2:30pm and it was snowing fairly hard with aprox. 1"-2" new and it was snowing from about 5 miles before the 410-123 Y, so snow levels were fairly low.
