A friend and I are planning on skiing these basins tomorrow. Anyone care to fill me in on the skiing potential in those basins? I've skied Crystal a bunch, inlcuding N&S b/c, but never this area. Is it nice terrain for some yoyo basin skiing, and is it reasonable to expect there to still be plenty of snow?
I was concerned about the reported observations of slabs at the 5 - 6k level at Crystal, but the temp isn't supposed to rise much till Sunday. So hopefully the slabs will remain stable.
