Granite Mt Lookout was created by Jerm
Anyone know if the lookout atop Granite is locked up this time of year? Would make a great evening climb/morning ski given the right temps.

Is it ever unlocked? It has always been seeled up tighter than a drum when I've been up that way..

Was up there yesterday and it was locked. I think you can get a key from N bend ranger district. At lkeast thats what the book says. Half the route this time of year is dirt.
