If you want a big mountain with great views and a reasonable approach, Silver Star or Shuksan are both good options aound now. Check out TRs from this time of year in past seasons (except perhaps last year which was seriously atypical) for other ideas. Being a corn fanatic, I tend to aim for low elevation (e.g. Kendall Stump this past weekend was pretty fun even later in the afternoon, but hardly Washington's most scenic tour for the out-of-towners) or easterly tours where there's a little better odds of finding consolidated snow around now (see Earl and Jolly and Sasse reports from this past week).
