Not really in Portland, but theres a small shop in the Hood river valley that I heard good things about. I don't know the name or address (very helpful huh?) but last time I drove down hwy 35 from meadows to hood river I saw the place. Its on the west side of the hwy, looks like a converted home with ski banners on the outside. One of the supervisers at the meadows ski school told me she had an custom insole and fit done and he was right on. I guess he works alot with racers. Don't know if this helps but perhaps the next time you're heading up/down the mountain you could stop in. <br><br>Besides that, I've had good luck with my second burn of my garmont thermo liners at OMC. A few shims and fillers helped snug things up after a bit of packing out.<br><br>
