Yup. I usually get mine at REI, but there are lotsa locations to buy them.
www.parks.wa.gov/winter/permits.asp
gives the lowdown including where to purchase (including online).

The OR permit works in both WA and California snowparks. If I'm remembering right, it's also cheaper than the CA permit.

The OR Permit does work in Washington - if you have an OR license plate only. I'm a Seattle-ite who BC and Alpine skis Hood a bunch and tried to use my OR permit (which is required for even alpine ski area parking down there) in WA sno-parks last year, but it doesn't work when your plates are from WA.

Anyway, if your car is from WA, get the WA permit and yer covered in both states. And OR cars get OR permits. If your plates are from Cal or somewhere, get the WA permit to ski both states since Oregon doesn't seem to care about plates (right Oregon people?).
