We were up there Sunday and it was getting tracked out. We also noticed a slight crust later in the day on sun exposed slopes. The snow on the upper, west facing slope was very good. On south aspects the fair weather crust was stout and closer to the surface. Also, we need more snow to make the skiing below the upper knob worth it - the trees are bigger than they used to be and the snow is still fairly shallow. We were running laps on the upper knob. I'd imagine you'd want to head somewhere else during the coming warm days.
