This is a snowboard movie that is being produced by Universal and is coming out soon. It looks good because there is a lot of b.c. and documentry footage instead of resort rails and kickers...Here is the link and what the website said:

snowboardermag.com/videos/first-descent/

"First Descent provides a historical documentary of snowboarding as well as a modern day documentary, spanning from the 1970’s to present time. The film features footage from a number of competitions from around the globe, interviews with past and present athletes and also takes five influencers of the sport on a trip to Valdez, Alaska to take some of the last first descents in the backcountry. These riders include Terje Haakonsen, Shaun White, Hannah Teter, Shawn Farmer and Nick Perata."

But where's the hairy downclimbing, the nervous sideslipping? The crusty/rocky/slabby snow? The inelegant gorilla turns? The skinning for hours and hours?

I guess when you are a Pro-Ho and sign up with a major studio they provide you with instant lift access to any where in the world...by way of helli. :) Must be nice. Someday we will all own hellicopters. Until then I will pay my $15 bucks and go see some beautiful scenery with a bucket-o-popcorn in my lap... ;D
