Hi Everyone,<br><br>It's time again for me to find a housemate for my AWESOME house in Edmonds (top of the hill, not down in the bowl). Thank you very much!<br><br>~Lara<br><br>Available Now:<br>30-year-old, active, professional female seeks a responsible person to share house in beautiful, wooded, Edmonds neighborhood near Pine Ridge Park. Easy access to everything: shopping, schools, Edmonds Community College, Stevens Hospital, downtown Edmonds, commuter train, Park & Ride, gym...<br><br>House is two stories with two bedrooms, 1 bath, fireplace, washer/dryer, large front porch and big yard. Recently remodeled inside and out. Parking available next to street. Downstairs rec. room has space for more furniture (couch, desk, etc.).<br><br>Bedroom is 200+ sq ft. with walk-in closet. Remodeled recently including new paint, carpet, window, trim and more. Pets considered on a case by case basis. I have two friendly, well- behaved cats.<br>I am easy going and have been told I'm easy to live with I work fairly normal hours and generally play outside on the weekends (ski mountaineering, hiking, skiing, yard work, etc).
