<br><br>Not sure I understand... why wouldn't he like skiers getting access?<br>When we were there, a ranger drove up (with skis), opened the gate and drove to the end of the plowed road to go skiing. Nice perk I guess.<br>
<br><br>I understand the confusion. <br>Most of the rift is the fact that most of the skiers are comming down from Crystal...the whole access heated issue with the Park. I must admit there are many Rangers that are friendly. <br><br>Scotsman-I know you have skied with some of my clan, so you are comfortable with that group? You are on!!! We will make that happen! Depending on the situation with the sleds and contents we could ski from Crystal/Big Bertha 2 and meet them at the WR road/410 junction. PM me and we can put it together.<br><br>Funny you mention the Winthrop idea. I have he fortune of many local connections there and we are tossing around a Harts Pass Yurt tour via heli or snowmow. I like the heli access idea best. Might cost several cases of beer.
