I've been interested in getting smaller (size L) tip-connector loops for my G3 Climbing Skins, because my size XL tip-connectors tend to slide back from the tips of the skis too far, which results in snow catching between my skins and skis (184 - Atomic TMX).<br><br>I placed an online order with G3 for the size L tip connectors. G3 contacted me via email to obtain payment information, and after explaining my situation to them, they offered to send the size L tip connectors at no charge (normally these cost $15), and that they'll ship them ASAP at no charge. They also mentioned that if the size L is still too big, send it back, and they'll send me a size M.<br><br>That's generous customer service!<br><br>
