Anyone know the condition of Cascade River Road? Sounds like it was driveable to mile 20 as of skykilo's 2/16 TR. Hasn't snowed much since. Is that a closed gate at mile 20?<br><br>Thanks,<br>Eric<br>
Yes, it's open to the Eldorado TH at mile 20. It might as well be open all the way to the next gate at the hairpin though! If it weren't for a little debris just past the hairpin gate, the road would be driveable all the way to the end.
Thanks! Am I remembering right that it is only a couple miles from there to the summer trailhead for Cascade Pass? Haven't been in that area for a few years.<br><br><br>
