KPQR MAY NOT GET ANYTHING AT ALL FROM IT. FEBRUARY COULD VERY EASILY FINISH IN THE TOP FIVE DRIEST FEBRUARYS ON RECORD AT KPDX (AIRPORT). THE JAN-FEB PRECIP TOTAL COULD END UP AS THE THIRD DRIEST JAN-FEB PERIOD. IN 1985 ONLY 1.85 INCHES FELL IN THE FIRST TWO MONTHS ...AND IN 2001 THERE WERE 2.76 INCHES. WEISHAAR
