I recall reports of Green Mt. being an excellent early season tour. Does anyone know what the road conditions are like to get to the trailhead?

From the access links above it looks like on Nov. 29 there was new snow at 2000'. The trailhead is at 3500'.<br><br>From my memory I think the spur road starts at around 2000' and goes in about 3 miles to the trailhead.
