Lost on Rainier

(Cross-posted from telemarktips.com)<br><br>Lost: 195cm K2 Heli Stinx (older version) <br><br>Last seen ~ 6PM, 9 July on the chute just N of Panorama Point heading NW at a high rate of speed toward lower Pebble Creek. (Dense fog obscured it's final destination.) If an ambitious soul has the time to fish it out, I'd be most appreciative- bonus points for the beat up Flicklock that is probably sticking out of the slough at ~6300-6400'. Email me if you've aprehended the wayward hardware and we'll work something out! <br><br>Good thing it's only gear, eh? <br><br>BTW: The Nisqually Chutes are still in great shape- highly recommended! Don't let the gnarly bumpy set of fossilized tracks at the entrance fool ya! The bit o' rain Thursday softened it up some, some of is sloughed leaving groomer-like conditions on the steeps. The narrows are still boulevard-width with minimal rock exposure.
