This link will get you to City Light's web site and you'll see the bit about Skagit flooding. The pictures of Highway 20 say it all, it's amazing the power that water has!!! Now if only the freezing level were lower we might have something to crow about. Working outside today is WET regardless of how much rain gear you wear you still get wet ??? Paul, I can't get that City Light link to work, but I would like to see the photos. I looked at the City Light site but can't see where I would find the photos. Can you help?
