Cuz getting wet and miserable is what Jeff likes!  <br><br>PS, though it sounds like it was miserable, it was pretty fun, in a miserable sort of way. Character-building. I now know for certain that people who use down in the Cascades are misinformed.

It looks like the great snow and skiing reported on Monday has probably been washed away, or at least ruined:<br><br>Baker telemetry shows 9.8" of water since the precip began on Wed, the last 6" coming at temps in the 40s at 4200'.<br><br>IWIN Discussion reported this yesterday evening:<br>A SPOTTER IN LILLIWAUP REPORTED 14 INCHES OF RAIN <br>IN A 22 HR PERIOD ENDING AT 230 PM THURSDAY. MORE HAS FALLEN SINCE AND RIVERS IN THE OLYMPICS AND NORTH CASCADES ARE FLOODING.<br><br>The near future is also not looking too good - I should have skied on Monday!
