Coleman-Deming Route on Baker, still good?

i am considering a climb/ski descent next weekend. does anyone have some beta on the conditions of the route, crevasse exposure, snow conditions, etc..<br><br>thanks for any input.

It would be one of your best bets for smooth skiing right now. We were brushed with more storms to the north this spring/summer, i think. On July 6th, it couldn't of been any smoother (really) on the Roman Wall and all the way down to 7,000' on the Coleman. Below that, it looks like everywhere else I've seen recently, including Adams S.W. chutes, which start at 11,600. Not the worst snow, but not smooth enough to carve big turns with speed, without having to brace your body for impacts!! Hope this helps.
