Howdy all.
I'm going to be based in Winthrop through 1/27, and I'm looking for touring partners.
About me:
-- 35yo male
-- relative beginner at ski touring (half a dozen or so days?)
-- AIARE 1 plus several days of avy practice as part of mountain rescue groups
-- lots of general mountain and outdoors experience, including lots of cold snow camping
-- looking for partners for moderate tours, including multi-day, maybe steeper stuff too
I'm up for dawn patrol most days or longer objectives on weekends. I have 12/25 thru 1/1 off work, and I'm planning to take another 1-1.5 weeks off as well, so lots of opportunity for long or overnight tours. *Very* down for any ski-to-climb objectives.
