Saturday at Crystal Mountain. A beautiful spring skiing day with a lot of people. There are some pretty good lift lines but nothing terrible. We managed to avoid most of the worst of it. The snow is kind of a mixed bag some good spots with a nice spring corn, some scraped down areas to an ice layer, some big piles of slush to plow through and a lot of bare spots starting to show through. There were some really sticky spots on the flats. It was a take off the shell and ski in the Hawaiian shirt kind of day. Beer at the Natchez Tavern's patio on the way home.
