Ski Report - Ultra light early crowd...I was nice and
waited 3 minutes after first load had a nice pleasant
ride up CHex with #1. Not prime vis first run, but improved
rapidly to allow very fun screaming (for me) slalom runs
down Pro Course and MIFB (ouch Iceberg was definitely Ferk
good). Did some runs on LS and hooked up ultra early with
#1 on FQex...Got her up top for some nice runs in the Valley
and both LS and MIFB! MIFB had the most perfect smooth
grooming/carving conditions! Ouch! Didn't really take
a break till we quit. Very much fun
Other - Passed through CB lodge to check the pizza...still
said it would be the Schnitzel repeat (they must have had
a lot of food left over from the Nachtspektakel night). But
I promised #1 the Elk for lunch! Ouch! Good, quiet, cold and
lordy expensive...ouch!) Noticed a bunch of Xtal mechanics
eating there? Must be over paid? Not! But? I griefed them.
Other Other - Special folks were out in force today, rest of
A lot was not very full, B and C were fullish to the Honey
Bucket stations. Drive up was happy early quiet, except for
Elk but they were well off the road. Drive down was also
pleasant mostly with us using the scenic route home...a lot
less stressful for #1 with me driving.
