Ski Report - Brocken clouds early and then some snow flurries late
morning. Couple inches new was pleasant for first tracks. As typical
what I skied was limited, mostly LS and MIFB with one run down GV Bowl
to GVex and one run down Queens to Slow Silver area for my final run.
What I skied was pretty nice. Ultra light crowd!
Other - Paused at CB lodge for the Pizza Special...Schnitzel pizza
(Pork Schnitzel pieces on a lemon caper base with shallots and arugula)
very good...they eventually started adding bacon also.
Other Other - Very few special folks in the A lot...rest of A only
had a few rows, B had enough single rows to reach the Honey Bucket
station, C was pretty similar...definitely a lack of participation
today. Drive up very nice and lonely, except for lots of Elk in
three big groups...first at the clear cut before Fed Forest, the
second across from the store in Greenwater and the third in the
clearcut just before Crystal Village area. More Elk than I've
seen all season. Drive down from Crystal to 410 was in a snow storm
and the rest of the drive was almost pleasant.
