Anybody know anything?

I don't know anything, but REX is a Poma. Maybe they're going to finally fix it. It's been breaking regularly since they put it in and now is so loud it sounds like the motor and all the bearings are toast. The Carpet-in-a-Tunnel is also a Poma I think.
