Snowing hard when we arrived. On the upper mountain, all the snow fell after grooming. The groomers quickly turned into packed lumps that didn't ski so good. Also, visibility was impacted. But as soon as we got out of the main area (out to Northway), it was oh so nice. Notable runs in addition to Northway were Employee Housing, Snorting Elk to Kelly's Gap, Frisco, and Brooklyn's (Frisco trees). Powder Bowl was constantly fogged in, so no go and completely forgot to try Bear Pits. Friday should be good with another refresh, then it all turns to mush with the big warm-up early next week. Crowds were light, but Campbell Basin lodge looked packed at the lunch hour. Clear roads and light traffic.
