Ski Report - OUCH! Best day for me over the last two years! Fair sized early
powder frenzy crowd...and it was a very efficient crowd! Big early cold sun, some
quantity of new smoke on top of big leftovers from yesterday...ouch! My world went
from first tracks in GV (deep) bowl to the Plunge (skiers right of MIFB) to M-World
to one of the last Doors, to BP's!! it's been too long, to finally doing PB for the
first (?) time in over two seasons (HUH?...mentally sad about that). Big fun awesome
go anywhere conditions, finally remembered that steep stuff is easier on my quads
then all those slalom turns on prefect groomers! (and warmer) Early crowd was ultra
efficient since by 10:30 everything in my Hamster world was cut up (and I do love
sloppy seconds - no comments Mr. Binx). Had a heck of a lot of fun today!
Other - Paused in CB lodge to check the special pizza today...Hawaiian Delight
(Canuck Bacon and Pineapple...looked good). I ate illegally my other half of a
Hess sandwich! Twas very good.
Other Other - Still ended up leaving probably to early and at that time the
Special folks' lot was maxed out, the rest of the A lot was pushing 95%, as
was B lot, C looked crammed, D was full and seems I noticed that H lot was
getting used? Drive up ultra early was mostly pleasant and dark, drive down
was even better after passing one Sunday driver. Big fun day! Snowpack right
now is great and after the zoo fest this weekend Monday (St Patty Day) should
be excellent!
