Ski Report - More sun and colder than expected. Fair sized early crowd? Zero to four plus new
around the parts of the mountain, I skied. Tried GV Bowl once! Ouch! Stayed on Pro Course and
other semi groomed areas for the rest of my morning. No lift lines on GVex, REX and FQex when
I rode them. Sun warmed the south facing slopes, but can't say MIFB every really got happy.
Noticed a few folks skiing PB, but didn't notice a lot of repeats. Good workout on whimpy
legs and a very tired brain from the time change...dangit.
Other - Went into CB lodge just to look...another dangit, Special pizza looked good and tasted
even better...thanks Jackson. Called the "Garden of Edin"?...Shallotts, chicken, alfredo sauce,
various cheeses, tomatoes and lots of bacon! Had to take a pic to remember all that. Pleasant
short social in the lodge.
Other Other - Special folks lot big and not full, rest of A pushing half, B way passed 2/3rds
and C had a lot of cars...so there were a fair number of folks somewhere on the mountain.
Drive up early in the sad dark Daylight Saving world...could have waited a month more for the
time change like long ago. Drive down very pleasant at speed...even getting through the
never ending road project in Blackdiamond. Had fun....need to rinse of the truck now.
