Ski Report - 360's views up top, felt cold, some winds...felt more than the
telemetry showed. Ultra firm early...except for Big Pro Course. MIFB frozen,
LS better early and got soft down low earlier. MIFB had its moments but never
got spring prime...went down it many times...why? GV bowl was just happy enough
to make me repeat. Ultra light crowds...even with GVex shut down all day while
we were around (big issue). Lots of pretty good grooming, snow pack looks great
and should really improve the next couple of weeks. #1 had a very good day.
Other - Took a pause in CB lodge...#1 Glutened, I made the mistake of getting
a peperoni pizza with lots of grease filled cups of peperoni? Sound good?
Should have just kept eating my Hess sandwich! CB lodge finally put "my" table
back...happy views of the big winds blowing off the King.
Other Other - Drove up early in the nice early sunshine (next Monday will not
be so pleasant). When we left there was still lots of space in the A lot for
special folks and lazy folks. B lot had a lot of cars, and I spaced about what
C lot looked like. Drive down was very happy in the sun. Very happy to be
back in the ski world! AND when I dont post someone needs to post stuff
on this old school system!!!!!
