Stevens 2/26 Sunny good

It was sunshine for most of the day with some high clouds filtering in the afternoon. Above freezing temperatures so the snow became a bit sticky and gloppy, but the groomers held up for the most part. We tried Seventh Heaven which was just too thick and cut up to be worth a repeat. The backside was worth a couple but anything off the groomers was to sun affected. The run of the day was the old Windy knoll area on Skyline which is the face underneath the chair about 3/8 of the way down. It's warm enough that we had lunch on the sundeck. The day was a nice break from the usual fog or frozen. The 20 inches of snow they received since the big rain event groomed in very nicely. Playing in the sunshine made it well worth going.
