Stevens 11/6 Firm but OK

It seems that Mondays are more crowded this year. We had some slight lift lines. The front side was pretty firm. There has been some kind of rain event that went way high on the mountain and put down an ice layer. The runs on Syline, Hogs, and Tye were a little too firm to be good. They were skiable though. The best run was down upper Aquarius to the big junction area as it had softened up enough to be good. From there on down you got firm again. I tried one run on Pegasus and it was marginal too terrible. Bigger Chief also softened up a bit and was fast and interesting. There were some foggy patches and some flat light areas but the sun was out and if you were in the sun it was nice. Four of us today so the socializing and camaraderie we're highlights.
