Below that the rain event a week or so ago is still impacting the snow, getting progressively worse with descent. DD had the best snow that we tried. Seventh Heaven main run was pretty good too. We did not try the chair side. The short uphill hike from the top of the chair was like a wall of snow that people were climbing. Light was very flat at times and we each suffered a blind tumble. The parking lots were pretty full but after a short pulse in the morning, lift lines were reasonable. Lift tickets for 70+ years old are only $44 (plus tax) every day so we got our money's worth. It seems strange for a dead end/Crystal Mt skier to see so much traffic going in both directions on the highway. Passing opportunities were pretty non-existent on the drive home, typically 45-55mph.
