We got there a little after nine and it was plenty cold. The warm up groomers were a little on the firm side but you could still get edge in. Things softened up as the day progressed. The visibility was OK to pretty good, with lots of variability. We also saw the partial eclipse when the clouds were just right. The snow cover is hanging in there. There were just a few thin spots here and there. Off piste was again mostly unskiable for us. There were a few spots on the main runs that hadn't been groomed in the last couple of days that skied OK. Double diamond/Southern Cross is pretty much done for the season but all the other lifts including Seventh Heaven we're running. Even though it was just bombing groomers, it was still a fun day.
