3/6 Birthday turns. From A Town to Baker in a snap. With my daughter as my companion today as I finished yet another trip around the Sun. What a gift to be in the cathedrals of the mountains with her. The snow was squeaky and the groom on 8 and for that matter all over the mountain was chalky hero snow. We worked our way from right to left and a rip down the canyon was primo. The smoke plumes on the Shuksan arm was tell tail of powder that was being had out there.
A birthday beer was had. With the North Cascades surrounding Mt. Shuksan it was spectacular today. Thanks Nicole for taking this old guy out for a few runs.
