Ski Report - Felt colder, bigger winds up top, snow I skied off of REX was wind effected, vis fuzzy early, crowd felt like massive at the base, REX looked like on diesel after running fine when I rode it, big lines on CH 6 from very early, more folks on FQex, did a few lapes in Stump Farm before I bailed even earlier than yesterday. Groomers I did (LS, Rolling Knolls and Queens were nice and what deep snow I skied was very pleasant down low. Early morning crowd looked as big as Thursday...Bucket line? How long can that wait be when the end of the line is almost to the Alpine Inn? CHex line up was back to both sides which was still pretty big at the starting load, CHex ran fine mostly first load, and it was running very nice late morning before I left.
Other - Passed thru CB lodge kinda early, no clue about the food there today. A, B, C, D, E were all full when I left at noon...G had folks walking our of it, G was maybe half full....there were a lot of folks walking all the way from D lot along the access road...not waiting for the slow shuttles? Lots of cars driving up the BLVD and 410 as I left. Drive up was okay mostly in an early pack, drive down was very happy pleasant, till I got to Tahoma HS early Friday release! OUCH! what a mess...twas not on my radar.
