Ski Report - Big sunny blue bird day, great grooming or at least the four I did (little Pro Course, MIFB, LS and one Queens run to the base), could see that a lot of other areas in the Valley were groomed. Only off piste I did was GV Bowl center area on my way to MIFB (which was as smooth as a baby's behind). Pleasant temps, big views, no lift lines on REX, CHex and FQex while I was around. Lots of ski instructor lessons again today. Saw some nice tracks on the Throne and the King. The little new snow every day or so has improved the upper mountain, plus some snowmaking around the base. Most of the folks I know showed up today. I bailed out way to early due to tired quads and lots of vert in a short time and just did not feel right today.
Other - Passed though CB lodge just to see...had lots of food today, pizza looked good and the soups where Tomato Bisque (yuk), a homemade Chicken Curry with lots of stuff that could be put over rice and also a big chunk tofu. Fair crowd in CB lodge.
Other Other - Mostly empty A lot with a couple of buses, B fullish to the Honeybucket station and C had cars all over the lot. Drive up and down where fast and happy and I didn't notice any Elk again.
