Roads were pretty good until we hit some black ice by the Ranch. Also, lot's of elk standing in the road licking the salt off the pavement. Bigger crowd today with A - E lots full when we left. When we arrived, it was lightly raining top to bottom. First run down a door into Big Shot was really fun. But, as soon as the snow was skied, it packed into something harder to ski. Sun poked out off and on, but the light rain continued all morning. By noon, the mountain was skied out and the steeper groomers weren't much fun either. And, the rain picked up, so we left. I'm sure it died down after we left, but we were done for the day. I can't remember the last time I skied in the rain, but it was light enough we didn't get wet, just had to keep wiping our goggles.
