Mammoth Mountain 6/28/23

Very nice skiing this morning on basically every run available on the 9 Lifts open. Bluebird with possible clouds moving in. Pictured is Kathy on the groomed Black Diamond, Cornice.  Softening, steep bumps available on Chair 23. Off piste is a broken ski and leg on the suncups…

Thursday was fantastic too- lifts should have been open a little longer. Top bumps on 23 finally getting soft enough for old men (Steep and huge) After the angle eased, it was great. Even the north facing groomed runs were good at 1:00.Broadway had several runs for racing in the early am that stayed fresh and turned to perfect corn late. Chair 5 was perfect around 8:30am. It is warming up for the weekend, however, so it might get sloppy. Been getting a real good freeze every night with all the clear sky. About $80/day over 65.
