There was about 7 to 8 inches of new snow which really helped things. Off piste was genuinely fun again. You could still find lots of firm to icy spots but they were semi avoidable. In a few places there was some untracked goodness. The Stevens Pass flat light cloud was in effect as usual but it dissipated much faster than tuesday. Flat light was not nearly as much of a problem. The lift of the day was Chief / Kehrs which had some pretty good snow off the groomed all over the place. The solke-o-meter meter finally got quite a ways up off the peg.
