Stevens Tue 1/10 off piste day

 
Finally got to ski everywhere, and everywhere was pretty good.  Visibility was better than it has been but still not all that good. Some areas were really socked in like the upper part of the backside. Other areas were kind of mediocre which was most of the front side.  Some areas, like the lower back side and occasionally some stuff on the front side had good visibility. Snow was nice in most areas. It got a bit thick off piste on the lower back side. Most of the front side was good except for the usually scraped off areas. We spent almost the entire day skiing off the groomers. Most areas were a bit more work than we would like but it was still fun. There was from 2 inches to 8 inches of new snow depending on aspect and wind depositing. Lift lines were moderate walk ups, on Hogs, to nonexistent, pretty much everywhere else. It was well worth going, nice to get off the groomers for the whole day.
