Classic of it’s type! Started off with an inch or two of new snow which skied real nice. With uncrowded lifts and all that grooming this meant lots of happy faces in the early morning. I was bumping Tye Mill so only got a couple of runs in, but had firsthand reports. It started
to sleet and mist/rain but the terms buttery and smooth we're being used to describe the snow.By mid morning the snow came back along with a bunch of wind and I feared a blizzardly day - but that never really happened. The precipitation stopped, wind died down, and it was just high clouds the rest of the day. My late run down was on good, edgeable snow. Very good groomer day unless you left because of an hour of light rain :(
