Stevens Thurs 2/24 exploring

It was a pretty good day again at Stevens. Your only real downside was the fog bank,   it came and went and was thick enough that it actually had grappel falling out of it at times. It was bad enough that I went back to the car and changed out goggles to my white out goggles. There were some really mellow lift lines. Thank goodness, all the lifts except Brooks ,were open again. The only place I didn't go was seventh heaven but everything else is still a lot of fun. I spent almost the entire day off piste. On the backside Orion was worth repeating as were some Pegasus environs. The usual off trail spots on the front side delivered again. It was cold but when I switched out my goggles I also switched two lighter gloves and took the beanie out from under my hat.  It was worth sticking around for a few more runs.
