There were a few icy spots, mostly in steep tight chutes. There was just a bit of flat light now and again. It was cold but not brutally cold.
Yeah, all the lifts were running except for Brooks. All the lifts skied really well because it was packed powder and decent crud. Off piste was fun all over the mountain. Some areas were a bit chunky but still very skiable and there were four of us which is a real treat.
The old stoke-o-meter was way up there.
