The front side was pretty firm when we got there so we went straight to Jupiter. It was a very sunny day with the occasional cloudbank drifting in and out. There was a bit of a small line on Jupiter and somewhat of a line on Hogs. Southern Cross, Double Diamond, Kehrs, and Seventh Heaven were closed. Seventh was closed because it was an ice-skating rink and nobody could ski it. Aquarius have not been groomed but it formed some nice bumps. It got better as the day went on and things warmed up. The area around the Orion run went off and skied pretty well. It was worth three or four runs. The edges and the off piste edges skied well. We spent at least half the day on Jupiter. The front side got better but you could still find frozen scraped. It's always a great day when you can ski in the sunshine.
