Whistler 12/8/21

I was dreaming of new snow, but it didn't really happen…They say 3 cm. I was on the Gondola at 8:20, and with the exception of Upper Franz’s, groomers were very good for several hours. I really had to hold a good edge trying to keep up with Pete Beers…It was also real cold!  Luckily, Olympic was fresh but hard, and we were able to upload from Mid Station and keep warm. After he left, I walked over to Symphony and skied nasty, but lovely, powder up top, then perfect light snow down low…walked out of Symphony very pleased with my first powder skiing at Whistler in 2 years. Good vis. Good snow. Good new partner…Good day!
