Short Report - Great morning! Nice snow, some hard lumpys and sun impacted from yesterdays sun. But as my brain and legs started working - ouch fun!  Groomers (LS and MIFB) great early and great all morning.  Off piste improved as  my brain improved - but in Hamster mode I  only did GV Bowl and Grubstake, rest of the  time was picking my way from one bump  area  to  the next on LS and MIFB.  Morning - Great!

Long Report - Arrived ultra early to get prime singles line spot, wined at the early workers how early I was and that I  should get first chair before all the 6 and  5 banger groups -  Thanks Jessica!  Got first Chex chair+ finally for the first time this season - nice and mellow and quiet in my solo brain.... and it was only 8:30!  REX running and loading, got to be first public person on top at 8:40! Ouch! fun!....And Hamster Heaven was at full speed happy.   Ultra light  early crowd today and most of the morning, no real  lift lines  on REX, GVex pleasant  early, vis was good  enough to glance towards FQex - looked like  hell  over  there.   Only negative during the morning hamster frenzy was during the 10 o'clock hour  lots of freezing precipe  on my goggles?  Breathing to hard - not! My coat was also covered in  frozen precipe.  It started snowing  lightly around  9ish, snowing  hard when I bailed out way to early - but with the biggest bump vert of this weird season I allowed myself to leave.

Other - As noted on REX the lines were mellow (though its a hassle running solo  trying to get into the main loading  path).  No clue  on  food (except  for  the  guy from CB lodge  that told me -  NO CHICKEN NOODLE  soup today again). Pay lot was maybe 2/3 full as was B lot, C was  pushing full as was  D and E....so the crowd  was  pleasantly sized.  Lots of cars heading up when I  left.   Drive up  very pleasant early (except for folks with  miss calibrated speed-o-meters...Ha Ha)  Drive down was early enough to be at mostly speed.   Didn't notice  any Elk.
