Started around 130 PM to absurd lines so reverted to old faithful: Triple 60, for 5 min lines. Lines at Central Express looked duanting: skip.  Parachute east margin skied well in packed powder.  Met up at Silver Fir and had some good runs over there.  Lodge in good shape, friends got nice food and outside, ate picnic tables was fine in benign weather.  Then back to Triple as the crowds dwindled to nothing and many laps on Parachute til closing.  Overall the snow quality was pretty darn good, heavy chunky untracked worse as elevation drops. Snow banks 12-14 feet either side of the road out front of the area.

Yea, we caught first chair and blew outta there by 1:00 when the bulk of the rug rats and parents came up - school vacation break.  A good amount of untracked as the resort was closed Tuesday.  By noon we switched to the groomers, which were actually the best I've seen there this year.
