Short Report - For a way to short a day. Great snow, but we only enjoyed FQex runs which were very nice with the new snow, kinda gray day - got grayer as the morning progressed. We arrived earlier than normal but it was not early enough. Fair lineup at CHex which grew to pretty big by the time the lifts started loading. Then maybe REX? Nope late opening and a big lineup there, so it was FQex. REX still had a fair big line up the last time we passed by it, as did CHex - so we called a early quit. Cams afternoon made it look like the lift lines mellowed. Heard Sunday was empty, but Monday was very busy. Lookin forward to a maybe more mellow day tomorrow.
Other - Pay lot was at least 3/4 full (ouch? this year), B, C, D, E, H all full with cars starting to fill the F lot and there were lots of cars heading up plus cattle cars from the lower lots. Drive up and down was relatively pleasant, but saw two cars getting pulled out of the trees and one looked very nasty.
Hopefully someone will post a real! report on conditions around the mountain (Binx maybe?)
