Snow Report - OUCH! Big Bonus totally unexpected BIG! (for a kinda wimpy season so far). Arrived to late for good Chex line positions (blame it on #1 - not really). Deep snow in the parking lot when we arrived. Fair early crowd made a little lineup on CHex early - single line got priority today vs other days....almost grumped me not being in the singles line. Snow on the mountain! Ouch good! Great vis compared to yesterday, still a really light crowd only impacted on REX by the fact that GVex was broke for the first hour or so. Snow knee deep in places and wind blown ice in others - just got to know were to go. Best for me GV Bowl anywhere left overs cut it up fun, MIFB was carveably nice with good vis and light traffic. BP! Got a nice untracked deep line hard skier left side - hhhhhmmmm! The main BP man told me to go somewhere else - dang! Heard bigness and deepness in Eagles what ever its called. Also heard PB was wind blown not so nice today. Winds? They happened - Windy Pass! other spots but not as bad as yesterday. Groomers with boot top deep were fun. #1 had another big day, another bonus. Nice early vis, some almost sun, some grayer goggle ice late morning! GREAT BONUS unexpected day!
Other - As noted mostly light lift lines which would have been great if GVex had worked from the start....also HC 6 took a long time to open today.
Other Other - Drive up and down were very happy, Pay lot not close to half full, ,B and C similar to yesterday pushing fullish. Great to short of a day, but the snow quality is getting better and better. After this up coming weekend weather - we all will be in Heaven!
