Crystal - 1/8, back to the good ol' days!

The big news for today is, there were no lines!  It was like a Tuesday from last year.  The only real line we had was on GV for a few minutes and one other time when GV chair was down for a while.  As for REX, ski down, get on.  I hope this is a new trend.  Snow was packed powder everywhere.  Unfortunately, the top of C6 was in a cloud all day, so spent most of our time on the front side in the doors or Bear Pits.  It was so good to not have your muscles and brain go to sleep between runs due to standing in line.  The weird thing is, when we left, A - E lots completely full.  No one in H or F.  I have no idea where everyone was, unless they were on FQ.

One note on parking.  Crystal opened up more mid-week passes for A-lot, so there's no more free parking in the back of the lot.

Every run was a full on ski run in packed pow. Gone were the icy scrapers and crunchy junk. Easy skiing when you’re doing round trips in less than 15 minutes instead of the New Normal 35-40 minutes with cold, lethargic stand-in-line legs. Visibility kinda crapped out as we finished things off. Wednesday was the best snow of the year, today was the best skiing.
