Skiing in the rain, what a wonderful feeling, so happy again.
At least it wasn't raining hard. It was mostly light to heavy mist. We still got wet and left after about two hours. It was groomers only with Skyline, Hogs, and Tye open. Off piste was unskilable glue. Visibility could have been worse. There were bare spots in a lot of the runs so you had to keep an eye out. The nice part of the day was it was empty. I mean hardly anybody. The snow was pretty decent on the groomers. We skied straight through with no breaks so I have no idea what's going on in the lodges. I'm glad we went as my two ski buddies got the first day in.
