Yes, best skiing this year. I got my front row spot at 5:10, no lines, and no rocks. The snow was light enough to ski easy but sticky enough to stay on the groomers which helped a lot to cover the ice. It snowed lightly all night. There was about 1.5 in. of snow on my car when I left. The only down side was the snow turned to a light freezing rime for the last hour or so. A ski gee took care of that. Off piste bumps and crud skied really well. This am I see that the freezing level is back up. WSDOT says 35 degrees and raining at Stevens. Drat.
